+ + Beneath a sky painted lavender by the clouds of dusk, there stood a ragged ring of weathered stones. The decayed rocks jutted out of the ground at various savage angles -- some might even say that they resembled stone fangs. However, to Lithium, who was currently gazing up at one of aforementioned "fangs", such a notion was preposterous; teeth were made for ripping out an enemy's life-force, not for being posed in a perpetual, over-sized stone snarl. Of course, all the other Archangels -- well, not just Archangels; all other wolves in general -- were fools...it was only natural that they couldn't see from her perspective.
+ + Lithium, becoming bored with staring at a lifeless chunk of flint, gathered her ebony-splashed legs beneath her and rose to her feet. Her pale, pupil-less eyes flickered around the darkening landscape, analyzing what she saw: Stones, stones, grass, stones, grass, and stones. For all the religious value the other Archangels seem to attach to this place, the frosty creature growled to herself, there sure aren't many who come to pay homage. You'd think there'd be at least one who'd visit...then I could easily persuade the loner to join my pack...or, of course, kill them. The raven-hued feathers that ran down the wolf's spine rippled with barely-suppressed bloodlust as Lithium envisioned sinking her ivory fangs into the throat of a shadowy, faceless figure; she imagined the taste of her enemy's blood, salty and warm, as it flooded her mouth, each drop weakening his lifeforce until, finally...
+ + Normally Lithium would revel in her morbid fantasies until she grew tired of pure speculation and decided to go attack a deer or something of the like, but this time, the silver she-wolf forced herself to stop. I'm a pack leader now, she reminded herself, or at least a soon-to-be leader...I can't afford a lapse in my duties.
+ + So Lithium went back to scanning for pilgrims, yet another assassin in a blood-red world.

Blank eyes scanned the landscape, she was on her way for some exploring, she kept her eyes peeled, and she never knew what she would see. Long salmon pink tongue lolled out of parted jaws, parted, pain filled jaws. Drool hung from her maw, lingering down her tongue until it reached the end and then falling silently to the ground. Her chest heaved, up and down, Risk had just slowed from a long run to this place, she never did this often, but she ran with her feathers up, she felt they needed to be used more and she just flexed them up and down a couple times, letting them fall back into place when she’d lift them off her back. She wasn’t in the mood for a fight, or even she wasn’t around anybody she just needed to use them more than she did now. Slow, shallow breaths in and out, she calmly let her chest rise and fall. She was very tired at this moment. Her eyes were almost shut, her tail wasn’t wagging and everything was just relaxed. She felt her knees crumble beneath her and she fell to her side.
Her sides still heaving up and down she closed her eyes, and then let her head lay down on the ground, the stony ground. The only thing that was soft about this ground was that there was a little grass, just enough grass to keep her just a tad soft. She limply let her body flail, her everything seemed to shut down. Her ears were still alert for anything that moved into rage of her hearing and only thing that wasn’t was her ears and nose, and her tongue that lolled out of her tongue with drool panting and flicking in every witch direction. As her chest heaved up and down as did her tongue did in and out.
She heaved her self up on her stomach; she really needed to get off her butt. She was getting lazy, which was not good. She had been up and around everywhere, she needed a little break maybe some food, but she hadn’t seen much around. Her eyes scanned the area once more, but this time she forgot to check her senses. She was just standing with her maw shut, hoping the sharp pain would subside. When it never did, she still hoped that it would. She pulled her hind legs up below her and pushed her butt up, then her front legs followed. She was up.
She trotted off into the stony ground and stopped in mid step. She opened her jaws further and further ignoring the pain, but still wincing at every move, there was a wolf somewhere near, maybe she would go and check it out, a nice little visit. She closed her eyes and scented to where she was going to go. She snapped them open and wondered though the mingling trees. She would just look and maybe have a little conversation she was bored, and just wanted to stay bored, she wasn’t looking for excitement.
She wondered up and found a female; she smiled and then spoke up. Hi. She just looked at them, her eyes just glared at them, could she really help it.

+ + Lithium's crest of onyx-black feathers rippled in anticipation as a silver she-wolf loped into view. Finally, another Archangel...and she looks a lot like me, too, the flint-gray wolf mused, her pale eyes flickering over the newcomer. Her jaws look strong, and her coloration would blend in well with the valley's mists...she would do well in my pack, Lithium concluded, the corners of her mouth turning upward in a satisfied smirk.
+ + Hi
+ + "Hello," Lithium replied coolly, taking a step toward the lilac-tinted she-wolf. "May I ask what your name is?"
o o c || Ack, uber-short. ;__;

Risk just padded up normally, she looked at the wolf her eyes grew open. The other wolf’s feathers fluffed up, solid black. She tiled her head. She would just have some fun today, she wasn’t going to get in at it, and she was too tired for that. She smiled. Scared? Did I scare you? She said smoothly and calmly, her eyes baring into the she-wolf’s. Then added. Oh, I am sorry. I didn’t mean to. When she added it, she let her ivory white teeth and smile, as the corners of her maw curled up she widened her eyes, and rasped her salmon tongue around her maw.
I’m Risk, you are… She snapped her name and then let the rest of her sentence fail off, she wasn’t very interested she hoped it would get more interesting, she hated being bored, and this wolf was a bore, maybe she would just leave, or maybe this wolf you be a good addition to the pack. That would be nice, well if she even was the alpha of the pack. She let her smile widen and looked away for a quick moment and let her eyes fall back on the she-wolf.
Hem, possible. She isn’t that bad, she would due, what could I can I love planning a head. It was nice to be prepared, and this wolf didn’t look like to much a challenge to compare against, if she didn’t want to I could take her, but I am just to tired for it today, I could always find her again, maybe just kill her. Sink my ivory teeth into her skin and snap her bones and just be the murder I was suppose to be, what could I do, I love the kill. She let the thoughts run through her mind, she never kept a direct glare on the wolf, she was just thinking and she didn’t want to make this different. Maybe it could work.

Scared? Did I scare you?
+ + "Scared? Why would I be scared?" Lithium replied, gazing down at the sarcastic little she-wolf. "My feathers always bristle like that when I sense an easy kill." Considering that the flint-furred wolf had been hoping to add the newcomer to her pack, her response might not have seemed very reasonable. However, Lithium was no fool; she recognized the lavender-tinted wolf's aggressive stance and cocky attitude as that of an alpha's pet, and knew she had no chance of wooing the venom-soaked creature. I bet she lies around all day, challenging her packmembers and being protected by her mate, she thought scornfully, twitching a black-tipped ear in disgust.
I’m Risk, you are…
+ + "Risk? How fitting." Lithium's golden eyes gleamed with caged mirth, but she said nothing further.
+ + Growing tired of staring down her "enemy" [or so Risk seemed to think; in all honesty, Lithium had no desire to physically harm the puny creature], the mist-furred alpha loped away and found a comfortable place to sit beneath one of the sacred stone spires. There, the ground was padded with thick green moss that began at the stone's wide base and climbed up the rock, clinging to the smooth, drab surface like a burr clinging to thick fur. Lithium eased herself down onto the soft, springy cushion, gathering her raven-hued paws beneath her. Glancing over at Risk, she flicked her stubby silver tail in invitation.
+ + After all, who knew -- perhaps she could elicit a few secrets from the sharp-tongued runt.
o o c || This probably sounds really weird, but would you like them to become friends? Lithium would love someone who could match her coldness... >D

She was so scared, whatever she said, and she was so intimidated by her. She smiled. Oh, yes love, what ever you say. She rolled her eyes and looked away. She flashed her teeth at her and then covered them up and licked her maw once over. Her eyes just looked at her, but she was clam and peaceful. She had to say, this wolf did look quite powerful, she looked like an alpha, but it was pretty sweet. She was maybe going to be one, but maybe this could be good. The flint colour female looked pretty unique and pretty sneaky, she had a mind, and she couldn’t doubt that.
Oh, she was so nice. I have to say, I love your hospitality, very suiting to you as well. She said in a sly remark. She watched as her golden eyes gleamed, but as did Risks as well. But she was getting bored of this as well; she needed a little action, or maybe just a small talk. Her eyes narrowed in though and not in hostility, she was thinking, about her past but it wasn’t anything important, just murder that was it.
She watched her walk off somewhere, and then tilted her head. Confusing, no good bye? Oh, then she saw it, she flicked her tail over to tell her to follow. Oh, that is fine, she would just head over. She kind of smiled her ears flicked and she bowed her head. She totted over and lapsed down next to her letting her body fail. She was tired and now It showed. She let out a big huff as she hit the ground her sides panting up and down. She swiped her maw and finishes off with a little something. A curt smile on her face she simply let out soothing tomes. Name?
ooc : sorry it was short, and i would love that very much she needs a friend

Oh, yes love, whatever you say.
+ + Lithium couldn't help it: when she heard Risk, who was barely the height of her shoulder, talk to her with such a condescending tone she burst into peels of laughter. It wasn't the alpha's usual laughter -- the scornful kind, cold and penetrating, like a winter storm -- it was the more socially acceptable type, clear and resounding, like a glass bell. Her tail still swishing back and forth, as if haunted by the ghost of a wag, she murmured, "Thanks...I needed that."
I have to say, I love your hospitality, very suiting to you as well.
+ + "I've been called many things," the mist-colored she-wolf replied, "but never hospitable. Are you sure you aren't playing with me, your highness? Taking in the purple-furred alpha's heaving flanks and lolling tongue, Lithium added, "Speaking of games...you look like you've been playing some yourself. Did the pups attack you on your way past the nursery? You've been running for your life, right?"
Name?
+ + Lithium blinked in surprise as she realized that she had forgotten to explain who she was. " I'm Lithium," she answered coolly, "alpha of Pa'chuua pack."

The femme rolled her eyes and bared he teeth at the female. She didn’t like this wolf, if she was going to keep this up she was going to get it. She knew she was small, way smaller than most but she didn’t need to be rude about it, she liked her size, it did get her to where she was. This wolf just got there because no one wanted it, she assumed. She pulled her tongue in and glared at the femme. Oh yes… She huffed under her breath as it was taken away in the wind that was blowing through her fur.
Her ears twitched, she was mocking her now, and she really didn’t like it. She wanted to bark out at the she-wolf say something foul but she wouldn’t. And then she went on, she narrowed her eyes, if she said on more thing, she would do something. She loved running, and she wasn’t going to explain that to this thing, she just wasn’t going to give it the time of day; she would just see what she would say next. Lithium. Oh what a lovely name, it was odd, different and weird to her, she didn’t like it that much, she didn’t like the way it rolled off the tongue. She sighed, oh a pack leader. Well, hi, She said, at least she would attempt to be nice. Maybe I’ll see you ‘round. She wasn’t going to stay around this tipped wolf, she was sick of it, she would turn tail and walk away soon, but not just yet.

+ + Lithium's golden eyes narrowed as her companion snarled. "Touchy, aren't we?" she murmured frostily, her raven-black feathers bristling defensively. "I have nothing against your size, you know...I have a brother just like you." The mist-furred alpha decided against mentioning that said brother was currently awaiting execution for murdering one of his pack members.
+ + The silver she-wolf drooped slightly as she observed Risk's disgust. "My name is odd, isn't it?" Lithium said softly, half to the purple she-wolf and half to herself. "My father always said that I was named after a precious metal, but sometimes I wonder..." The alpha blinked as she realized that she had allowed a lapse in her facade of biting scorn, and she hurriedly gathered together the scraps of her frosty tone. "Of course," she added briskly, "I don't really care what my name is...at least I wasn't named for an aspect of my personality." Even before the words died on the cool night air, the black-feathered alpha was left with the inexplicable sensation of telling a lie.
Well, hi,
+ + "Hello," Lithium replied, her silver brush of a tail sweeping back and forth in the ghost of a wag. For some reason, the she-wolf noted with surprise, she was beginning to like Risk, if only because she was a reflection of herself. The alpha scowled inwardly upon realizing this -- friends were something she stubbornly refused to have, even though somewhere, in the quiet, caring places of her mind, she knew that a decision to live a companion-void life was foolish. Of course, Lithium, who enjoyed playing the role of being cold and merciless, ignored her ally-seeking instincts; if she was seen parading around with a group of friends, that would certainly harm her reputation, now wouldn't it?
Maybe I’ll see you ‘round.
+ + "Perhaps," Lithium responded distractedly, attempting to scribble out her mental sigh of dismay with the vibrant red ink of cruelty.
