The weak pack? Hardly. The friendly pack? Only to packmates. The strict pack? Very. A hard pack? Extremely. A powerful pack? Just as powerful as the pa'chuua pack.
Want to join? Watch your back.

alphas. The leaders. The alpha male is always more powerful than the alpha female. She is only his mate, and will take over the pack when he is away or when he dies. If there is no alpha male, then the alpha female takes on an alpha male position. Without the alpha's permission, no male wolf may breed with a female wolf in a pack.
betas. The second-in-commanders. Both alphas are more powerful than them and can boss them around. But disobeying a beta is like disobeying an alpha, unless the beta is going against the alpha. They take on an alpha position when both alphas are away. If their is no heir to the alphas, when the alphas die, the betas will be the next alphas. Different from the alphas, the beta male has no more power than the beta female; they share the same power.
heirs. The alphas' pups. An alpha male will choose one of his pups to be his heir and run the pack when he dies. He will train the pup with every knowledge on how to run the pack. It is usually a male wolf, seldom does a male choose a female as an heir; but it does, on very rare occasions, happen. This pup doesn't have the be the alpha female's pup, but almost always is.
battlers. The fighters. Every pack has a group of defenders, fighters. They defend the pack and fight whenever the alpha calls on them. All battlers are lean and strong, built for speed and strength. Most are cunning or smart, to determine his/her opponet's moves and whatnot. If the wolf doesn't meet these standards, they are apprenticed by a battler, no matter the age, until they meet these standards. Once they do, they are moved to a battler. The battlers are greatly respected in the pack, because the battlers kill any wolf without respect.
providers. The hunters. Every pack has a group of hunters. They hunt for the pack and eat after the high-rankings and before the low-rankings. All providers are lean and lithe, built for cunning and speed. They usually don't weigh much, not because they are starving, but because they are so small. In that sense, they are silent while hunting; and, in numbers, can take down enormous prey. The providers are greatly respected in the pack, because the providers don't let any wolf without respect eat.
look outs. The scouts. These wolves are always on duty, they switch out so that they can sleep. But they are always watching, twenty-four/seven. Look outs also patrol the territory, mark it freshly every couple hours, and make sure no one tresspasses. All scouts are lithe and loud. They are built for speed, loudness, and to fit into small spaces. They need to be able to hide anywhere. They need to be able to make the siren so loud that every wolf in the pack territory can hear the alarm. They howl out a special howl that sounds the alarm of a tresspasser or a slightly less agressive one if the tresspasser doesn't have scent of another pack. They need to be able to run quick and silent as they can, back to the pack, to warn the alpha if they are being invaded. Most look outs are highly-trained pups. Though, when they get older they keep their position until they die, if they survive that long. Most look outs die before they reach sexual maturity because the job is so dangerous to the pup. The look outs, despite their age, are highly respected in the pack because they constantly risk their young lives for the pack.
shaman. The medicine wolf. The medicine wolf doesn't have any special qualities except they need to be able to run to great distances if an injured wolf is far away, and they need to be able to know what to do to heal. The medicine wolf is only one, they take on an apprentice at the age of five, and teach them all they know until they die.
apprentices. The waiting. Apprentices are mostly pups, but can be any age of wolf, technically. These wolves are under another wolf. That wolf teaches an apprentice everything s/he knows about his/her position. For example, a battler would teach an apprentice how to be battler, and make sure they become lean and strong.
mothers. The mothers. These wolves are all females, any male is killed. These wolves are the ones that the alpha mates with. They have pups and teach the pups how to be a wolf and such. When all of a mother's pups are around the age of one, she can rejoin the pack and take up the position she usually has; battler, provider, lookout, etc. Betas and alphas take a break from their job when they have pups as well.
pups. The little ones. These wolves are one of the lowest ranks, but when of age, get to eat first, because they need all the protein they can get. When they are around one, and have learned everything their mothers can teach them, a wolf without an apprentice can claim that pup and begin training it. The pups cannot choose what they want to do, or who their trainer is. All pups have to get a trainer at the appropriate age. If no wolf claims a pup, the alpha will choose a trainer to take it on.
babysitters. The pup-watchers. These wolves can be both male and female. These wolves watch the pups when duty calls the mother away. Mothers still have to do their duties. That's where the babysitters come in; they act as the mother when the mother is gone. Their is a boundary line though, the mother only picks up her duties once her pups are weaned, because the babysitters are not allowed to milk a mother's pups.
omegas. The low. These wolves are pups of a prisoner, traitor etc. When they grow up, they are prisoners or slaves. Traitors and prisoners are used as slaves. The Valhalla pack rarely has omegas, and rarely uses their slaves. But these get only enough food and water to keep them alive, not enough to satisfy. These wolves are mistreated and beaten when the alpha isn't looking. He never disaplines his pack not to, he doesn't care, but the wolves fear he does because of his good heart. So they beat these wolves, snear at them, mistreat them, steal tiny pieces of their food, etc. when the alpha has his back turned.
subordinates. The unranked. These wolves are usually the ones that fail to do any position in the pack. They are higher ranking than the omegas, but that is only because they are not traitors--or are they? Most traitors come from this section of the pack, it only contains two or three wolves at a time. They get sneared at and made fun of when the alpha is not watching[the alpha doesn't like it, since these wolves are part of the pack], but they are never beaten, mistreated, or stolen from. They usually betray the pack because of their occasional ill-treatment. Then they move down to Omega when the alpha finds out. Which doesn't take long with his look outs. There are no elders. Once wolves retire, they are killed. Sick wolves are tolerated, but weak and old are not.
__-fightrules.
`1] Challenge any and all tresspassers.
`2] Never take prisoners, in battle or ambush.
`3] Ambushes are prefered when possible.
`4] Help an injured packmate unless the shaman is there. No matter what you are doing!
__-leaderrules.
`1] Demon is to be obeyed by all without hesitation or questions.
`2] The beta will take over his duties if he is absent.
`3] When the pack makes a kill, those higher of higher ranking will eat first; unless there is a mother nursing pups, a growing pup, or a sick/injured packmate that needs the food more.
`4] Omegas get the scraps, they may fight over who gets the food, but they will never, ever eat before anyone else, even the subordinates.
__-deathcode.
`1] Serious offenses; murder of a packmate, treason, etc.; will result in immediate death. Traitors, if weak, will be dropped to omega rank.
`2] Moderate offenses; mating without the alpha's permission, etc.; will result in a three-rank drop. Depending on the alpha's mood; they might also be forced to either sleep one night with the subordinates, or work their job two days and night without sleep or food.
`3] Mild offenses; caught snearing at the subordinates, not treating a packmate right, etc.; will result in a small punishment; eating last[before the omegas still, of course], forced to one whole day[or night, depending on your shift] without sleep or food[no sleep or food before if it's at night].
